pulliWe're looking for a Global Payroll EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager to join our Operations teams! /liliLead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for General Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions /liliAct as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience /liliConduct discovery sessions to understand client payroll, HR, compliance, operational, and business requirements /liliDevelop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope /liliGuide clients through platform configuration, data migration, testing, payroll validation, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization /liliCollaborate closely with Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure successful delivery and seamless handover /liliSupport integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other third-party systems /liliIdentify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, implementing mitigation plans when needed /liliLeverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve implementation efficiency, documentation quality, project delivery, and client outcomes /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices /liliWhat Success Looks Like: /liliDelivering high-quality implementations on time and within scope /liliEnsuring payroll, HR, and EOR processes are configured accurately and compliantly /liliBuilding trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders /liliDriving operational excellence through scalable processes, automation, and AI-enabled workflows /liliAchieving high levels of client satisfaction and successful transitions into ongoing service delivery /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliGym on-site or $550 annual reimbursement for gym membership / other fitness activities /liliPaternity / Maternity Leave:
