With technology, we turn spontaneous thoughts into meaningful experiences, helping people travel the world. /p pWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. /p pIf you are bpassionate about creating seamless, user-centered experiences /b and bskilled at designing intuitive, high-converting checkout flows /b, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job. /p pbThe job in brief: /b /p pbJob Title /b - Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) /p pbWorking model – /b hybrid from Madrid / full-remote from Spain /p pbTeam - /b you will join the Product Designer team within the Value Stream department. /p pbLevel – /bProfessional (working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people) /p pbContract – /b Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h/week) /p pbWhat your impact will be /b /p ul liOwn the full design process, from early discovery and testing to asset delivery and consulting with engineers /li liWork with research, product and tech to deliver products that customers love. /li liDesign mobile first. We’re mainly looking for someone to work on the web product, but mobile app experience is a plus. /li liBe part of the Product Design team that you can rely on to share and collect feedback. /li liAim for the top. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbYour expertise: /b /p ul liSolid hands-on experience as a product designer, preferably in the checkout step in e-commerce or online travel agencies. /li liYou have a proven record of delivering products that customers love. /li liYou know how to balance user needs and business goals to solve problems that matter. /li liYou ask why, you team up with the research team and you dig into the root causes of a problem. /li liYou love being a designer and aim for pixel perfection /li liYou have a strong portfolio showcasing great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements /li liYou have humility.
