As a lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment. You will define technical guidelines, mentor junior developers, and ensure that our apps are built on scalable, efficient, and innovative architectures. /p pIn this role, you will also have the exciting opportunity to integrate bAI models /b into our new apps through APIs, pushing the boundaries of what our products can achieve. /p h3What are we looking for /h3 ul libAcademic background: /b /li liDegree in bComputer Science, Telecommunications Engineering /b, or a related technical field. /li libTechnical expertise: /b /li liStrong knowledge of bFlutter /b and bDart /b, with proven experience in building and maintaining mobile apps. /li liSolid understanding of binfrastructure with AWS and/or GCP /b, including architecture design, deployment, and scalability. /li liExperience working with and managing diverse barchitectures /b, with the ability to evaluate and implement the most suitable approach for each product.



/li liKnowledge of bFirebase services /b (Firestore, Authentication, Storage, Functions) and familiarity with API integrations. /li liAbility to define and implement bcoding standards, best practices /b, and scalable architectures. /li liHigh bagility /b and ability to bimplement changes in the app very quickly /b, adapting to product needs with speed and precision. /li liProven experience leading or mentoring development teams. /li liAbility to guide and upskill junior developers, fostering their growth and performance. /li liStrong organizational and project management skills to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. /li libProblem-solving and product focus: /b /li liExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges. /li liEye for detail and a bproduct-first mindset /b, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. /li liSelf-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects. /li libCommunication: /b /li liGood level of spoken and written English. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in integrating bAI models /b into mobile applications. /li liKnowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Typescript, Python, Node.js, Java).
