As Cloud Software Engineering Manager for the AdvanCloud platform, you shape the technical direction of a mission-critical SaaS for real-time RFID data, inventory, and retail analytics. You lead a multidisciplinary team, translate product vision into scalable cloud solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-value software. You drive architecture decisions for scalability, security, and maintainability while guiding agile delivery and partner integrations. You join a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment with ownership over product and technology.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and drive the platform's technical direction and architecture
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and evolution of the platform
• Translate product ideas into concrete technical solutions and development plans
• Refine requirements with stakeholders and set priorities for high-value outcomes
• Coordinate day-to-day execution and remove blockers
• Support Agile delivery and keep the team aligned and productive
• Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, deployment, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency
• Contribute to AI initiatives, defining use cases and guiding experiments
• Address security and compliance considerations




• Collaborate on third-party integrations and platform dependencies
• Report progress, risks, and decisions to leadership

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in software management with cloud platform experience
• Proven experience in people leadership roles
• Strong background in software architecture, especially in cloud environments
• Experience with AWS and modern backend development
• Ability to translate product and business needs into technical solutions
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, infra management)
• Interest or experience in AI-based features or chatbot xqbhyrx solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with team leadership
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks is a plus
• Experience with RFID, IoT, or retail technology is a plus
• Fluent in English; Catalan or Spanish a plus
• EU residency or EU work permit
