ppElusav are recruiting a Senior Planner for one of Europe's largest Contractors for a Data Centre Construction Project in Zaragoza, Spain. This is one of the biggest Data Center projects in Spain Europe, excellent opportunity to be involved in a highly prestigious project. /p pThe Senior planner will be responsible for Developing and maintaining resource loaded schedules for pre-construction / construction / commissioning utilizing Primavera P6 Software. Excellent opportunity to join an industry leader with great progression potential and development pathways on offer. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liResponsible for a project or portfolio of projects (regional / sectoral). /li liResponsible for all aspects of planning, as defined by the Planning SOP. /li liReporting to Planning Department. /li liReporting to Business Unit / Project Management. /li liDeveloping and maintaining schedules for pre-construction / construction / commissioning. /li liDeveloping and maintaining progress databases. /li liProgress reporting. /li liMilestone projections, delay / float path analysis. /li liEarned Value Management systems. /li liMonitoring schedule performance and productivity. /li liAuditing progress on site. /li liAttending schedule meetings, liaising with client and subcontractors. /li liPreparation of tender schedules. /li liPreparation of histograms. /li liSupporting weekly workface planning systems.



/li liResource / cash loading of schedules. /li liProviding data for payment applications. /li liCompleting contract review reports. /li liResponsibility for quality and accuracy of schedules and reports. /li liMaking relevant parties aware of issues and advising on solutions. /li liRecording delay and disruption. /li liAssisting in the preparation of claims and providing data for contractual disputes. /li liTravelling to projects in order to carry out the above, if required. /li liManaging, training, coaching, supporting, developing, leading staff, if required. /li liCovering Planning Manager responsibilities when required. /li liCovering Project Planner responsibilities when required. /li liAll other duties associated with role. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years' experience working in planning on large-scale construction projects. /li liBe proficient using Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, Excel. /li liClear understanding of construction methodologies and sequence. /li liAble to produce programme to plan and monitor the works from necessary information (drawings/model/SOW etc.). /li liCapable of managing the planning of large-scale projects with minimum supervision. /li liBe highly motivated, a self-starter able to work well in a team on or your own. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
