/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pbCost Estimation Budgeting /b /pulliAssist with preparing cost estimates and project budgets /liliSupport cost planning exercises to help projects remain within financial constraints /li /ulpbProcurement Contract Management /b /pulliLearn about procurement strategies and contract administration /liliAssist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of contractor bids /li /ulpbFinancial Reporting Risk Management /b /pulliSupport the preparation of cost reports, identifying financial risks and opportunities /liliAssist with tracking project expenditure to help ensure value for money /li /ulpbClient Stakeholder Engagement /b /pulliWork closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to support cost‑effective project delivery /liliDevelop communication and commercial skills to support informed decision‑making /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulliDegree in Construction, Engineering or a related field (e.g. Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Civil) /li /ulpbBehaviours /b /pulliCurious and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in learning and developing within cost management /liliDetail‑oriented and numerate, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work /liliAbility to manage workload, priorities,
