ph3Job Profile: Senior Manager - Microsoft 365 Platform /h3 pThe Senior Manager - Microsoft 365 Platform is accountable for the product ownership, governance, and technical health of Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform across TD SYNNEX. /p pThis role provides clear direction on what we use, how we use it, and how we evolve it, ensuring the platform is secure, standardized, and aligned to enterprise priorities while actively reducing technical debt and legacy dependencies. /p pThe role operates as a platform product leader, not a service desk or security function, and works in close partnership with Infrastructure Operations, Security, Architecture, SAM, and Regional IT teams. /p h3Reporting Line /h3 pReports to: Vice President, rTIO Europe and Global Ops /p pManagement Level: Senior Manager /p h3Mission /h3 pProvide clear Microsoft 365 and Power Platform product direction, robust governance, and disciplined execution-modernizing collaboration services, reducing technical debt, and enabling secure, scalable cloud adoption across TD SYNNEX. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlatform Product Ownership Strategy /li /ul h3Accountable For Defining And Maintaining The Target-state Vision For /h3 ul liMicrosoft 365 collaboration services (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, Copilot, Viva where applicable) /li liPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI - governance and strategy) /li liThe hybrid digital workspace (integration of collaboration tools with physical office environments) /li /ul h3Key Outcomes /h3 ul liClearly articulated platform roadmap aligned to business priorities /li liDefined usage patterns, guardrails, and architectural principles /li liTransparent decision-making on platform evolution and deprecation /li liPlatform Governance /li /ul h3Own And Enforce Governance Models Covering /h3 ul liUsage standards and lifecycle management /li liWorkspace and application provisioning models (in coordination with the SAM team for licensing) /li liData ownership, permissions, retention, and external sharing rules /li /ul pThe role ensures consistency at scale, balancing flexibility for the business with enterprise risk and compliance requirements. /p h3Platform Engineering Maintenance /h3 pProvide Leadership Over Platform Stability And Continuous Improvement,
