As an Operations Intern, you will work directly with the operations team to support project management, documentation, and quality assurance activities across sectors such as vending, gas stations, laundromats, EV charging stations, and more. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liSupport the planning, tracking, and follow-up of cross-departmental operational projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. /li liCreate and maintain structured documentation of processes, procedures, and internal policies (SOPs, playbooks, knowledge base). /li liSupport internal and external audits: preparing evidence, organizing documentation, and following up on corrective actions. /li liDesign and monitor quality control checklists and standards across operational processes (example: installations, technical support, warehouse).
/li liIdentify process gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements or standardization. /li liCollaborate with different departments to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable documentation. /li liHelp build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking project status, quality metrics, and audit outcomes. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and compliance. /li /ul h3What You Will Learn /h3 ul liProject management methodologies and tools applied to a fast-scaling operation. /li liHow to structure and maintain professional-grade technical and process documentation. /li liFundamentals of quality management and audit preparation in a regulated, high-growth environment. /li liInterdepartmental collaboration and stakeholder management. /li liBest practices in process standardization and continuous improvement. /li liUse of reporting and collaboration tools (Confluence, Zoho Analytics, Make, etc.). /li /ul h3Who We're Looking For /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled or recently finished a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. /li liHighly organized, detail-oriented mindset with a strong interest in process quality and structure. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills — you know how to make complex information clear. /li liSolid command of Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, Notion) or quality frameworks is a plus. /li liSpanish; professional level in English. /li liAvailability: Able to commit to a 40‑hour workweek.
