We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant. /p pbJob Purpose /b /p pAs a Waiter/Waitress with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to collaborate with simplicity, kindness and passion. /p pYour main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill.. /p pbMain Duties /b /p ul liGreet members as they settle down at their table and introducing them to menus. /li liEnsure tables are set up before seating members and offering them water or drinks. Ensure water is topped up throughout their stay. /li liTake members’ orders and deliver them to the kitchen staff for preparation. /li liConfirm food items match the orders and deliver them to the correct table. /li liCorrectly open bottles of wine or champagne and pour for members. Ensure glasses are topped up throughout their stay. /li liProvide service and accountability for designated section. /li liEnsure you are asking members about any allergy of dietary requirements. /li liPossess a strong understanding of the food and drink menu in order to make recommendations on pairings and any other specific member requests. /li liEnquire if the members are satisfied with food or drink and asking if they need anything else.



Accommodating special requests where possible to creative a positive outcome that will result in a memorable experience. /li liPerform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations. /li liMaintain a spotless and pristine working environment. /li liProvide members with the bill and processing payment via card or utilising the SHApp and House Pay. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p pA successful Waiter/Waitress for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
