If you're passionate about people development, learning, organizational culture, and the IT consulting world, we'd love to meet you. /p pYou will work closely with our People team, contributing to initiatives that directly impact the employee experience and professional growth of our consultants. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSupport the bmapping and analysis of technical and soft skills /b across the organization. /li liCoordinate and conduct bregular follow-up meetings /b with consultants to monitor engagement, performance and career progression. /li liOrganize and coordinate binternal technical and soft skills training /b initiatives. /li liPromote and facilitate the growth of our binternal tech communities. /b /li liParticipate in initiatives related to bemployee engagement, performance management and organizational culture /b. /li liCollaborate, launch and analyze internal surveys (engagement, satisfaction, culture, etc.), transforming insights into improvement actions. /li liCollaborate in the execution of initiatives included in the company's bEquality Plan /b. /li liLeverage bAI tools, especially Claude /b, to improve HR processes, content creation and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liAround b2 years of experience /b in bPeople Development, Talent Development, Learning Development or similar HR roles /b. /li liPrevious experience working with initiatives such as: /li liSkills mapping /li liCareer development plans /li liLearning Development /li liEmployee follow-ups /li liInternal communities /li liEmployee engagement /li liPerformance-related initiatives /li liExperience working with btechnical (IT) profiles /b. /li liGood understanding of the bIT consulting industry /b and its dynamics.
