This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale international hospitality, residential, office, and mixed‑use developments, supporting project delivery through advanced planning, scheduling, and project controls. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Project Planning Scheduling /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and critical path analyses for complex projects using Primavera P6. /li liPrepare and manage Level 5 detailed schedules, including workforce tracking, short‑term planning windows, workarounds, and risk‑related schedule updates. /li liMonitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose effective mitigation and recovery strategies. /li /ul h3Project Controls Reporting /h3 ul liProduce progress reports, schedule performance analyses, and executive‑level planning updates. /li liSupport project teams with accurate forecasting, including cash flow projections and progress measurement. /li liEnsure planning deliverables align with project objectives, milestones, and client requirements. /li /ul h3Oracle Primavera Aconex Integration /h3 ul liManage and optimize the interface between Primavera P6 and Oracle Aconex to ensure seamless coordination between scheduling, reporting, and document control processes.
