In this role you will own the creative vision for a brand-new Merge 2 title, shaping its core loop, progression, and meta-game. You will guide the team from concept to soft launch and live operations, balancing economy mechanics and monetization to sustain long-term player engagement. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and art, driving cross-functional design initiatives in a fast-paced studio. This is a high-impact, leadership position at a world-renowned game studio with a strong focus on player-centric design and growth.

Responsabilidades
• Effective communicator with strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong mathematical proficiency and ability to create formulas within a game context
• Proven track record designing systems that influence player behavior and achieve product KPIs
• Expert in features, systems, core loops, economies, and xqbhyrx meta-designs for positive player behavior
• Experience in live service games and iterating based on community feedback
• Extensive experience leading a diverse design team and shipping games
