In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and maintaining excellent service standards in a professional B2B environment. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information, support, and solutions in a timely manner Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Maintain proper documentation of all interactions Requirements Danish: C2 (fluent/native) English:
