In this role, you will drive strategic sourcing across Hiab’s spend to optimize lifecycle procurement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, manage supplier relationships, and implement category strategies that reduce total cost of ownership. You’ll lead early supplier involvement and support both NPD and supplier development programs to ensure quality, delivery, and resilience. This is a data-driven, international role with potential for remote work, contributing to growth and profitability through sustainable procurement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities and supplier consolidation to secure continuity of supply
• Prepare RFQs, analyze data, and negotiate or award contracts within delegation
• Identify and implement cost-saving actions to meet annual productivity targets
• Develop open-book costings, budgets and raw material forecasts for scope suppliers
• Collaborate on NPD, SRM, early supplier involvement, productivity and should-cost modelling




• Improve supplier performance using category development resources and balanced scorecard metrics
• Lead sourcing deliverables for new product development, including technical, quality and delivery requirements
• Manage QAP activities with Supplier Development and support supplier risk mitigation programs
• Facilitate supplier participation in Cargotec Supply Chain Finance programs and contract negotiations
• Support Services Strategy execution to increase spare parts revenue and branding
• Ensure adherence to purchasing processes and systems

Responsabilidades
• At least 3 years of global industrial xqbhyrx experience (truck, construction machines, mining, agriculture or automotive)
• Minimum 3 years in international, multi-site sourcing roles with large suppliers
• Experience with ERP systems and cross-functional improvement teams
• Experience in complex steel assemblies / hydraulic systems / electrical u0026 electronics (preferred)
• Degree level or equivalent, with relevant engineering and/or industrial experience
• Fluent English
• Experience in Sourcing in EMEA and APAC
• Data collection and analysis skills
