/p pThe bProject Manager /b will lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered customer service bot solutions within contact center environments. This role involves managing cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to post-production support—ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead project planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent solutions. /li liCoordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. /li liManage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks across multiple projects. /li liFacilitate collaboration between engineering, data science, UX, and operations teams. /li liEnsure compliance with technical and business requirements. /li liMonitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and milestones, including project financials. /li liDrive continuous improvement and post-deployment optimization. /li /ul h3Skills Knowledge and Expertise /h3 ul liProven experience managing AI or software development projects. /li liStrong understanding of conversational AI, NLP, and contact center technologies. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
