Align, the makers of Invisalign®, is looking for a bTotal Rewards Specialist EMEA /b. /p /brpThis role will be part of the regional Compensation Benefits team and will support the administration, analysis, and execution of compensation and benefits programs across EMEA. The Total Rewards Specialist EMEA will apply developing professional expertise to support compensation and benefits processes, market data activities, job evaluation requests, vendor coordination, and regional program administration. /p /brpThe role will work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data and situations requires review of a variety of factors. The incumbent will exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions and will build productive working relationships with internal HR/business stakeholders and external providers. /p /brpThis position reports to the bDirector, People Operations Total Rewards Mobility EMEA /b.



/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliSupport market analyses and job evaluation activities for job creation and reclassification requests, reviewing business input, internal equity and external market data to contribute to recommendations on job grade, incentive eligibility and job title. /li /brliParticipate in annual country-specific salary, benefits and salary increase surveys, coordinating inputs with market data providers and internal stakeholders. /li /brliSupport compensation analyses and modeling, including compa-ratio, salary range, market positioning, equity/market adjustment and other standard compensation analyses, following defined methodologies and procedures. /li /brliMaintain regional salary market data in Excel and provider-specific databases, supporting job matching, pricing activities and annual salary range review inputs. /li /brliSupport the maintenance of country-specific benefits data in partnership with the integral insurance broker and local HR teams. /li /brliAssist with benchmarking activities related to employee benefits and identify observations or potential opportunities for review by the Total Rewards team. /li /brliPrepare compensation and benefits education, communication and materials that are consistent across lines of business and geographies while reflecting local relevance. /li /brliSupport training and communication activities on compensation and benefits fundamentals, as required. /li /brliMonitor compensation and benefits trends, developments and applicable legislation, escalating relevant updates to the Total Rewards team. /li /brliParticipate in the annual regional compensation planning process by supporting data preparation, communications, HRIS coordination and process administration. /li /brliAssist compensation planners and HR business partners during the compensation planning cycle, responding to routine questions and escalating complex matters as appropriate.



/li /brliSupport vendor coordination activities with market data providers, insurers and/or local brokers, helping maintain productive working relationships and timely deliverables. /li /brliPrepare recurring compensation and benefits metrics and reports for management review, as needed. /li /brliSupport regional projects and other Total Rewards activities as assigned. /li /br /ul /brh3Skills, Knowledge Expertise /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics or a related field. /li /brliMinimum of 2 years of directly related international compensation and benefits experience, preferably gained in a multinational or international company. /li /brliDeveloping professional knowledge of compensation and benefits concepts, practices and procedures. /li /brliAbility to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of compensation and benefits-related issues. /li /brliStrong analytical skills and ability to review data from a variety of sources to support recommendations. /li /brliExcellent Microsoft Excel skills. /li /brliStrong oral and written communication skills in English. /li /brliStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR, business stakeholders and external providers. /li /brliGood problem-solving skills and ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices. /li /brliTeam player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support regional Total Rewards processes and projects. /li /br /ul /brh3Applicant Privacy Policy /h3 /brpReview our bApplicant Privacy Policy /b for additional information. /p /brh3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 /brpAlign Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
