In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for co‑defining the future of how ZoneCo enables businesses to leverage their live NetSuite data directly within the environment finance teams know best—Microsoft Excel. You will drive initiatives that streamline financial reporting, automate budgeting workflows, and empower CFOs to move from manual data entry to strategic analysis. /p pThis role requires a deep understanding of corporate Financial Planning Analysis (FPA), the "Excel-first" mindset of finance professionals, and the technical nuances of ERP data structures to translate complex reporting needs into intuitive, scalable software solutions. /p h3What You'll Do: /h3 ul libDefine Product Vision Strategy: /b Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for ZoneCo’s Solution 7 (Excel Reporting Planning) offerings, aligning it with ZoneCo’s overall product vision and market opportunities. /li libMarket Customer Insight: /b Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for NetSuite users. /li libRoadmap Prioritization:



/b Own the product roadmap for your domain, defining clear objectives, key results, and prioritized initiatives. Translate strategic themes into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. /li libProduct Development Leadership: /b Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the agile development lifecycle. Provide clear guidance, make informed trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features. /li libGo-to-Market Strategy: /b Partner with sales, marketing, solutions consulting, and customer success teams to develop compelling product messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch strategies that drive adoption and customer value. /li libFinancial Reporting FPA Expertise: /b Drive innovation in areas such as real-time Excel integration, automated budget write‑backs, multi‑subsidiary cash flow analysis, drill‑down transaction analysis, and consolidated reporting. /li libReporting Usability Focus: /b Explore and develop capabilities around intuitive report building, pre‑built templates, dynamic formatting, and improved visibility across the entire financial planning lifecycle. /li libStakeholder Management: /b Serve as the subject matter expert for Solution 7, communicating product plans, progress, and performance to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring: /h3 ul li6+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Financial Services, with a direct focus on Financial Reporting, EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), or FPA solutions. /li liDeep Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of financial planning and analysis (FPA) cycles, Excel-based modeling, budgeting workflows, and financial reporting best practices. /li liERP Acumen:



Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes. Direct experience with NetSuite (either as a user, consultant, or product manager for a NetSuite-integrated solution) is a significant advantage. /li liTechnical Fluency: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, understand API capabilities, and grasp the nuances of building scalable, secure financial software. /li liStrategic Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to define winning product strategies and prioritize effectively. /li liExceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive). /li liExecution Focus: A strong track record of successfully bringing complex software products from conception to launch and driving adoption. /li liAgile Proficiency: Experience working in agile development environments. /li liEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
