As Interface Manager, you oversee interface activities during detail engineering and site execution, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders. You will lead multidisciplinary interface efforts, ensure timely communication, and monitor dependencies between EPC contractors, processes, and commissioning teams. The role sits at the core of project delivery, enabling safe, efficient integration with existing facilities and brownfield tie-ins. This is a values-driven opportunity within a global energy and petrochemical services leader to shape seamless project interfaces and delivery.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Coordinate and manage project interfaces between EPC contractors and Worley teams
• Lead interface meetings and ensure timely closure of interface points
• Provide ongoing status reports and proactively identify interface issues
• Establish and maintain interface point registers and IP databases
• Review project scope, execution plans,



and construction strategies for interfaces
• Oversee pre-commissioning/commissioning documentation and procedures
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Integrity teams for brownfield tie-ins
• Foster timely resolution of technical conflicts and disputes with contractors
• Ensure HAZOP and interface-related studies for battery limits are conducted
• Monitor and support interface deliverables across disciplines during FEED and EPC phases

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's xqbhyrx degree in engineering (4-year)
• 20+ years of relevant Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical experience
• Minimum 5 years in a similar interface/coordination role
• Experience with both brownfield and greenfield projects
• Experience in ADNOC projects (5+ years preferred)
• Offshore and brownfield project experience mandatory
• Experience with multiple packages for FEED and EPC projects
• Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
