ph3Position Summary /h3 pWe are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to be a part of our service department at Madrid 4S dealership (BYD + DENZA). This role is pivotal in ensuring with an excellent car-buying experience. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pAssist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales contracts and processing orders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and dealership services. Arrange test drives and ensure vehicles are in excellent condition for customer inspection. /p h3Coordination and Follow-up /h3 pCoordinate with other departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer journey. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain long-term relationships. /p h3Inventory Management /h3 pMonitor and update vehicle inventory records. Ensure vehicles in the showroom and lot are clean, well-maintained, and displayed attractively.



/p pAssist in compiling and analyzing sales data for team reviews. Prepare periodic reports to track progress towards sales targets. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: High school diploma or above.
