In this role you will lead and optimize engineering activities to boost operational efficiency, process quality, and safety compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate operations and drive continuous improvement. You will support projects and conduct root cause analysis using machine data, while upholding IT security standards. This is a chance to contribute to a general leader shaping efficiency and quality in eyewear manufacturing.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead LEAN work teams to resolve incidents (e.g., GRP, GAP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment within Operations
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards in process control




• Implement and maintain internal policies for regulatory and ethical compliance in engineering processes
• Support engineering projects and root cause analysis using machine and system data/logs
• Ensure all activities comply with the company’s IT security standards

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, xqbhyrx or a related field
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of Six Sigma (a plus)
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong proactivity and ability to work autonomously
