This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pWorking closely with the Head of Finance System and Transformation and team, the Finance Systems Operation Manager is responsible for operational stability, and delivery of Finance and Procurement systems, with a strong focus on billing, payroll, and procurement (Coupa) integrations, data migration, and BAU service management. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliManagement of day-to-day operational stability of Finance and Procurement systems /liliSupport to billing, payroll, and Coupa integrations into NetSuite /liliData migration execution, reconciliation, and automation /liliOperate a structured BAU Service Management model (intake, Jira, prioritization) /liliAct as escalation point for critical incidents and data failures /liliEnsure audit readiness, controls, and operational documentation /liliManage key stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Audit /liliProvide operational KPIs and reporting to leadership /li /ul h3Tasks /h3 pIntegration monitoring, incident triage, and root cause analysis (RCA)



/p pData migration planning, execution, reconciliation, and automation /p pBAU backlog intake, prioritization, and release coordination /p pIdentification and delivery of automation opportunities across BAU processes (e.g. incident handling, reconciliations, data validations) /p h3Application of AI-driven capabilities to improve /h3 ulliData quality checks and anomaly detection /liliIntegration error classification and prioritization /liliTrend analysis for recurring incidents and defects /liliContinuous optimization of BAU processes to reduce manual effort and operational risk /liliDefinition and tracking of efficiency KPIs (automation rate, reduction in incidents, cycle time improvements) /liliCoordination with transformation and architecture teams to industrialize automation and AI solutions /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ulliProven experience in large integral transformation programmes for finance, or operations roles with in-depth knowledge of all accounting processes and how they are translated into ERP systems /liliSound understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX)



in multiple jurisdictions /liliIn depth knowledge of implementing and optimizing Oracle's NetSuite OneWorld solution or other big ERP solution for complex brown-field global companies - with appropriate qualifications and experiences /liliProven experience in tackling complex accounting scenarios and working with the Business community to create acceptable solutions /liliAbility to work with cross-functional Business teams to optimize both discrete and end to end operations in Oracle NetSuite OneWorld implementations for maximum operational performance /liliBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CIMA/ACCA /liliAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and project management skills /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ulliAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities /liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail /liliWillingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training, or conferences /li /ul h3Right to Work /h3 pAt any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you're applying for.
