ppSAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Senior - EY GDS Spain - Hybrid /p pRight now, we are looking for a SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region. /p h3The opportunity /h3 pYou’ll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions from Human Resources area including Success Factors and HCM implementations. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and onPremise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 pAs a member of our team, you'll have a chance to extend your experience. You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Human Capital area. You'll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks. /p h3Skills and attributes for success /h3 ul liYou'll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems. /li liYou'll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience. /li liYou'll be willing to work in international environment. /li /ul h3To qualify for the role, you must have /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations. /li liSAP SF EC plus COMP certificate. /li liSAP HCM knowledge will be an additional asset. /li liUnderstanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations.



/li liTranslate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices. /li /ul ul liHands‑on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML. /li liSystem configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration Workbook Business Blueprint. /li /ul ul liPreparation Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts. /li liKnowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows. /li liStrong teamwork skills. /li liExperience in standard project tasks: Test cases, analysis, documentation. /li liHigher Education Degree. /li liExcellent English verbal and written communication. /li /ul h3Ideally, you’ll also have /h3 ul liOther language knowledge (Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc.). /li liGood understanding of HR business processes. /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 pWe love working with people who are passionate about their job and have amazing skills in their area of expertise.
