This role will be responsible for defining end‑to‑end data architectures, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and leading implementation teams to deliver enterprise‑grade data ecosystems. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and define enterprise‑scale data architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). /li liGather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data platform strategies and implementation roadmaps. /li liDesign modern data ecosystems including data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse architectures, and real‑time processing solutions. /li liLead and mentor data engineering teams during implementation and delivery phases. /li liEnsure solutions follow enterprise security, compliance, governance, and data quality standards. /li liCollaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business objectives. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul li5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and architectures.



/li liStrong experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Composer, and Vertex AI. /li liProven expertise in modern data architectures including data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse patterns. /li liExperience leading technical teams and coordinating implementation activities. /li liStrong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, orchestration, and data integration patterns. /li /ul h3Preferred Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience with dbt, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Terraform, or Databricks. /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DataOps practices. /li liKnowledge of analytics and visualization platforms such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. /li liGoogle Cloud certifications such as Professional Data Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect are highly valued. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and structured problem‑solving mindset. /li /ul h3Being You /h3 pThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
