In this role you will lead Pega development efforts within EY’s Intelligence Automation team, delivering across design, development, QA, deployment and support. You will collaborate with on-site clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. You will drive architectural improvements, asset building, and accelerators while upholding EY standards and best practices. This is a hands-on leadership role at scale, shaping complex Pega solutions for global clients.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead a small Pega development team and monitor progress against plans
• Deliver complex Pega projects on time and with high quality
• Collaborate with client/onsite personnel and cross-functional teams
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updates
• Contribute to design, development, QA, deployment and support activities
• Ensure compliance with EY policies and project quality protocols
• Update technical architecture/design and unit tests; build technical assets and accelerators
• Develop reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Foster strong client relationships and participate in organization-wide people initiatives

Responsabilidades




• 4+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform
• 3–4 end-to-end Pega project implementations
• Hands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), Reporting
• Experience leading a small team of Pega developers
• Experience with Process Flows, Decision u0026 Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File/Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors
• Knowledge of UI/UX u0026 Portals development, REST/SOAP APIs, Pega performance tuning
• Understanding of relational databases and PL/SQL
• Good knowledge of Pega Best Practices and Guardrail improvement techniques
• Exposure to Pega Frameworks such as CDH, CLM, CRM, SD (added advantage)
• Pega CSSA/CLSA 7.x/8.x Certified (preferred)
• Pega Deployment Manager (added advantage)
• React.JS (added advantage)
• B.Sc/M.Sc/B. xqbhyrx E/B.Tech/MCA with 2–3 years in related roles (ideally)
