ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAccountable for full delivery and ownership of end-state analytics products including:ul liAccountable for cross-team coordination within DnA and broader across Tech to staff analytics “pods” for product build /li liAccountable for working with Project Management Organization on planning, budget tracking and documentation /li liShared accountability for solution architecture and design /li /ul /li liLead Regional Analytics Governance Forums and Participate in Functional Leadership teams for identification and prioritization of analytics products /li liWork closely with other DnA team members and Technical Support/Operations on enhancement and maintenance requests as needed /li liWork closely with BRM’s and Business partners to provide timely updates and to elevate risks or support needed /li liAccountable for informing integral data and analytics portfolio team about all requests/initiatives/ongoing work /li liResponsible for assisting operations team with issues/changes to production analytics products for which they owned delivery /li liAccountable for post‑delivery adoption and value realization measurement and documentation leveraging change management and user adoption team in partnership with Business Owner /li liPrimary point of contact with spoke Teams in applicable functions and/or regions /li liParticipate in the evaluation of data and analytics emerging technology and tools /li liWork with vendors as needed to support ongoing projects and operations:ul liMaximize the value of our key partnerships /li liEnsure that the partners deliver services that meet the business requirements and the agreed SLAs.
