You are the engineering authority on the team - setting the bar for code quality, architectural decisions, and modern AI patterns while actively growing the people around you. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead complex, end-to-end AI software engineering projects from scoping through production deployment /li liCollaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to translate business objectives into sound technical trade-offs /li liMentor colleagues through code reviews, pair programming,
