ph3About the job Genesys Cloud - Software Engineer /h3 pGenesys Cloud Software Engineer | International Projects /p h3Your role /h3 pYou will be part of an international engineering team, collaborating with Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient contact center solutions. /p h3Your Main Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain customer experience flows using Genesys Cloud Architect /li liDesign and implement solutions using Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage (on-premise) /li liBuild and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services /li liImplement routing logic, automation, and configurations for voice and digital channels /li liContribute to the integration of chat and email channels in Genesys Cloud /li liParticipate in integrations with WFM (Workforce Management) systems within CCaaS environments /li liCreate technical design documentation and process flows using Microsoft Visio /li liApply SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) principles in system design and integrations /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs /li liTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul li5+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud, including Architect flows and API integrations /li liExperience with: ul liGenesys Cloud /li liGenesys Engage (on‐premise) /li /ul /li liExperience in: ul liIntegration of chat and/or email channels /li liWorking with WFM systems or similar integrations in CCaaS environments /li /ul /li liKnowledge of REST APIs and programming/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
