Our mission is simple: to deliver speed, reliability, and operational excellence at every stage of the supply chain. /p h3The Mission Core Scope /h3 ulliThe Mission: Architect, launch, and scale our country-level last-mile delivery network from the ground up, ensuring a highly optimized, high-velocity distribution network that meets elite general SLAs. /liliThe Scope: You will take full strategic and commercial ownership of the last-mile network, managing regional PL, designing the multi-depot blueprint, and selecting our strategic carrier partners, reporting directly to executive leadership. /li /ul h3Crucial Expectations Performance Targets /h3 pTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: /p ulliNetwork Expansion Governance: Oversee the successful on-time commissioning of all regional delivery stations across the territory, onboarding their respective management teams and standardizing performance across all nodes. /liliCarrier Courier Architecture: Design and negotiate the commercial contracts for our third-party delivery service providers (DSPs), independent contractors, and partner fleets,



balancing aggressive cost-per-delivery targets with strict SLA protections. /liliCountry-Level SLA Performance: Own and protect national delivery success metrics—consistently driving First-Time Delivery Rates, minimizing customer delivery escalations, and optimizing on-road scan compliance. /liliMacro Cost PL Management: Maintain tight budgetary control over the regional final-mile budget, continuously finding operational cost-efficiencies while scaling capacity to support B2C and B2B volume growth. /li /ul h3Position Requirements /h3 ulliGreenfield Launch Expertise: You must have a verified background of successfully directing, designing, or launching a multi-site last-mile network from scratch within a tier-1 e-commerce, express parcel, or national courier environment. /liliStrategic Carrier Procurement: Proven experience negotiating high-volume transport and delivery tariffs, with a deep network of reliable transport partners and carriers in the regional market. /liliLanguage Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and the local country language (Spanish/Italian) is strictly mandatory to direct regional operations and present high-level performance data to global HQ.
