You will serve as the connective tissue across our organisation — acting as a bridge between Clinical, Commercial, and Tech teams, aligning them around shared goals, resources, and timelines. This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead strategic calls with customers and partners, pushing back when needed /li liTranslate deals into cross‑departmental projects/tasks /li liDrive initiatives across integrations, data acquisitions, and commercial pipelines — including market expansion research, disease model development, and hospital partnerships /li liCoordinate cross‑departmental projects end‑to‑end: scoping, delivery, workforce capacity, and resource allocation /li liIdentify bottlenecks early, own documentation, status reporting, and risk logs /li liExercise lateral influence, mediate competing priorities, and keep executive stakeholders aligned across Clinical, Commercial, and Tech /li liReport directly to the COO and support strategic planning /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in project management in healthcare or regulated environments /li liExperience in client‑facing or customer success roles,
