By submitting your application, you will be considered for upcoming entry‑level Program Assistant roles as they become available. /p h3Your role as a Manager will involve /h3 ul liOverseeing the daily management and operations of assigned programs, ensuring efficient delivery and responsiveness to student and stakeholder needs. /li liLeading and coordinating transversal projects, including business development, student journey design, admissions, and event organization. /li liActing as a primary point of contact for students, candidates, and stakeholders, providing guidance, support, and problem‑solving for complex issues with empathy and professionalism. /li liManaging and developing relationships with faculty, internal departments, corporate partners, and external organisations to enhance program quality and student experience. /li liParticipating in recruitment, admissions, and enrollment activities, including fairs, presentations, interviews, and follow‑up with candidates. /li liDesigning and implementing initiatives to improve the student journey, engagement, and satisfaction, including mapping and analysing the student experience. /li liOrganising and overseeing events, activities, and communications to foster community and engagement.



/li liOccasionally representing IE University in national and international events or meetings. /li /ul h3To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree is highly preferred. /li liMinimum of 3–6 years of relevant experience in operations, management, business development, admissions, or programme administration. /li liFluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral); additional languages are a plus. /li liStrong project management skills, with experience in logistics, event planning, and communication. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and empathy. /li liDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a proactive and positive attitude. /li liCustomer‑oriented approach to address inquiries from students, candidates, faculty, and stakeholders. /li liEffective problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage complexity under time pressure. /li liWillingness to travel nationally and internationally as required. /li liExperience in an international and multicultural environment is highly valued. /li liLegal authorisation to work in Spain or the European Union. /li /ul pUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
