ppJob Description:brAn opportunity for MRO controller in Operations FC has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla)brThe PMBC team is in charge of the Strategic Procurement of the composites materials through the related MFT for the complete Airbus Group, through the Procurement Synergy Group.brResponsibilitiesbrYou will perform a complete set of finance activities:brIntegration and coordination of controlling activities (planning, reporting, controlling) at MRO in TFAOG level following a standard and agile process to increase the operational synergies and support its competitiveness.brDefinition, prioritization and management of transversal projects for MRO.brTransformation projects for MRO in order to find synergies and efficiency that generate savings or mitigate risks, improving costs and cash out.brConso Workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAOG.brAutomatization processes participation and tools to optimise the resource planbrChallenge the MRO business to ensure an accurate performance planning.brDecision-making support to the MRO controller TFAOG and operative areas.brGenerating the following outputs:brCommon procedures and ways of working to assure the efficiency performance of the matrix organization by programs, functions and legal entities.brFinancial driver analysis and reporting of the activity performance (budgets by cost centers and Programs), workload controlling, etc.brThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success,
