ph3About the position /h3pAs a bVice President /b, your main roles and responsibilities are, among others, the following ones: /pulliDevelop in-depth relationships with the clients when providing the best solutions to structure corporate debt, always with the objective of leading transactions. /liliMaintain and enhance market intelligence working with other teams such as Syndicate Sales. /liliWork on underwriting and distribution strategies including management of different stakeholders in coverage, syndicate, sales and risk to obtain the relevant approvals. /liliLead origination efforts for both syndicated and bilateral facilities (among others, term loans, RCFs, bridge loans, back-stops, guarantee lines...) /liliThis includes elaboration of marketing materials for pitching, running financial models, completing financial and credit proposals for internal approval committees also for syndication purposes. /liliManage the day-to-day execution of several deals in parallel, providing support to more senior team members but also guidance and learning opportunities to more junior team colleagues. /li /ulpThese responsibilities require strong determination and the ability to manage a high workload.



/ph3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree, MBA, or an equivalent graduate qualification in a financial discipline with more than 7-8 years of working experience in the lending field. /liliProven experience in analyzing and structuring syndicated debt for corporates with proven experience performing financial and credit analysis. /liliIndependent decision making and the experience to run an origination and execution process with autonomy. /liliFamiliar with origination and syndication policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal documentation standards to effectively conduct the role. /liliStrong stakeholder management skills as well as proven ability to manage more junior team members. /liliExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written /liliKnowledge and understanding of an MA process and other financial markets and areas such as corporate bonds, ratings, private placements, project finance, LBOs derivatives. /liliLanguage proficiency: fluent in English and Spanish. /liliIT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI applications and Google Chrome. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
