This foundation includes global spend visibility, clear cost ownership and governance processes, out-of-the-box thinking for new ways of working, and cross-functional collaboration between central functions and markets. /p pTo lead PMI’s Cost Category Management, we established a Global CoE function, based in Madrid, with the primary objective to deliver cost optimization targets for PMI’s SGA, oversee overall GA costs evolution, and achieve our ambitious global fleet electrification goals as an enabler to keep reducing our CO2 emissions, while securing an excellent customer experience and employee engagement. /p pThe primary role of the Regional Fleet Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Global Fleet CoE, is to implement sustainable Fleet Management across assigned markets, contributing to environmental targets, reducing TCO, improving governance and maintaining employees' value perception. As a key member of the Fleet CoE, the role leads the deployment of Fleet Management as a Service (FMaaS) in his area, driving the standardization of Fleet Operations, adoption of digital solutions, and data-driven decision making, including the Fleet Management Tool and AI-enabled capabilities where relevant. /p pThe Regional Manager Fleet Vehicles Portfolio provides leadership and direction to effectively manage fleet spending, standardize fleet operations, strengthen service delivery and continuously seek opportunities to deliver fleet targets across PMI. The role requires close working relationships with senior leaders in the affiliates and central functions to deliver PMI goals. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement Global Fleet Management strategies. /li liOversee fleet regulatory requirements, industry trends, technology solutions, and customer requirements.



/li liDesign and develop the optimal vehicle portfolio to align with PMI's strategic direction. /li liImplement strategic conversion plans for renewals, electrification and fleet standardization. /li liSupport the deployment and governance of Fleet Management as a Service (FMaaS) across assigned regions. /li liIdentify and execute opportunities to improve operating performance, cash flow, service quality and customer experience. /li liMonitor and report on fleet management KPIs for continuous improvement. /li liDrive adoption and continuous improvement of fleet digital solutions, including the Fleet Management Tool, reporting platforms and analytics. /li liPromote data-driven decision making through standardized KPIs, emissions reporting, fleet analytics and operational insights. /li liIdentify automation and Artificial Intelligence opportunities to improve process efficiency, controls, user experience and cost optimization. /li liReview and approve CapEx investment proposals. /li liEnsure Global Fleet Management practices are applied worldwide. /li liMaintain and evolve general policy and procedure portfolio related to fleet management. /li liPartner with key stakeholders to define and deploy Fleet requirements globally. /liliWork closely with Global Procurement to optimize local operating costs and drive commercial goals. /li /ul h3Competencies And Skills /h3 ul li6+ years of experience in the Fleet industry with a strong record in cost optimization, including large-scale fleet management across multiple countries.
