ph3Your Mission /h3 pAs B2B Sales Manager, you will shape and scale AIRE’s B2B ecosystem in Europe by creating meaningful, high-value partnerships that drive revenue, strengthen the brand, and generate long-term business impact. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3B2B Business Development /h3 ul liDevelop and close B2B sales opportunities for AIRE experiences across European markets. /li liSell corporate gift solutions, bespoke experiences, and venue buyouts for corporate events, incentives, product launches, and loyalty initiatives. /li liProactively generate new business through direct outreach and outbound sales activity. /li liBuild trusted, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers (HR, Marketing, Events, and Executive teams). /li /ul h3Strategic Partnerships /h3 ul liIdentify and activate growth opportunities through European partnerships with OTAs, experience marketplaces, and premium lifestyle partners (e.g., Wonderbox, Gilt, Tripadvisor). /li liLead commercial negotiations, defining collaboration models and activation plans aligned with profitability and brand standards. /li liOversee the launch, performance tracking, and optimisation of partnerships across multiple countries. /li /ul h3Commercial Performance Market Management /h3 ul liDefine commercial objectives and action plans by market in collaboration with leadership. /li liManage multiple European geographies autonomously, prioritising high‑impact opportunities. /li liOwn a robust sales pipeline, ensuring disciplined follow‑up, accurate forecasting and consistent deal closure. /li liAnalyse performance and propose improvement actions to maximise revenue, efficiency and ROI. /li /ul h3Brand Representation AIRE Excellence /h3 ul liAct as a brand ambassador, consistently representing AIRE’s values and premium positioning. /li liRepresent AIRE in client meetings, events and partner engagements across Europe. /li liEnsure all commercial initiatives fully respect AIRE’s identity,
