ph3Role Overview /h3pReporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will join the Supply Chain team to support all stages of the planning process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the entire supply chain runs smoothly — from the timely release of raw material orders, through efficient production operations, to the final delivery of products to customers. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCollaborate with Production, Supply Chain and Sales teams to review demand forecasts and plan production requirements. /liliAnalyse inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent shortages or excess stock. /liliCreate, maintain and adjust production schedules, considering lead times, production capacity and resource constraints. /liliRelease and manage production orders for both in-house manufacturing and outsourced suppliers. /liliCoordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials and components. /liliMonitor production progress and adapt plans to meet changing business demands. /liliVisit the two main outsourced suppliers twice per month. /liliIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and material management. /liliSupport MRP implementation projects in collaboration with the Operations Manager. /liliStay up to date with industry trends,



production technologies and best practices in production planning. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling. /liliStrong understanding of production, inventory and supply chain management processes. /liliExperience with production planning software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). /liliKnowledge of MRP/MPS methodologies and production forecasting, capacity planning and cost control. /liliExperience with Microsoft Navision and Power BI is considered a plus. /liliAnalytical, detail-oriented and proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset. /liliAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. /liliWillingness to accept new challenges as part of MRP implementation, with support of the Operations Manager. /liliKnowledge of the paper mill industry is a plus. /liliSpanish and Catalan proficiency level + English B2 level required. /li /ulh3Selection Process /h3pThe selection process includes interviews with HRBP and Operations Manager. /ph3Location /h3pVilablareix (Girona). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
