Our people truly are our greatest asset! /p h3Your role – Are you ready for a challenge? /h3 h3Your Responsibilities Will Be As Follows /h3 ul liOffice Management ul liAssistance to Director and rest of the team, /li liOffice organization: visits, contact with suppliers, etc., /li liTravel booking for the team management of expenses/invoices (plain tickets, trains, hotels, restaurants) /li liCoordination of small projects (stationary, printing, events), /li liBasic management coordination of tax, regulatory and operational issues of our entity, /li liSupport in‑house meetings with partners and clients,



/li liFollow up on incidences until resolution with our service providers (IT, Banking, facilities, phone, internet...), /li liCoordination of electronic and physical envelopes, and collecting of packages. /li /ul /li liSales Support ul liData introduction in the Remediation tool (AML information on the clients), /li liMarketing Data base for events. Emailing, etc for Spanish Latam clients, /li liSalesforce data management on meetings and contacts, /li liAssisting Sales Managers with form filling for new business and transactions, /li liAssisting Sales Managers in keeping track of all the transactions. /li /ul /li /ul h3Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Sales Support? /h3 ul li1-2 years of experience in a similar role, /li liFluency in Spanish English, /li liSecretarial degree skills, /li liAdaptable and adaptable, you enjoy working in a challenging and dynamic environment, /li liA team player with outstanding organisational and communication skills, /li liCustomer‑oriented approach, professional appearance and conduct, diplomatic and demonstrate absolute discretion as the situation demands, /li liAbility to operate autonomously,
