About the role We are looking for a talented professional to join an international technical support team as a Flavourist.

In this role, you will support flavour creation and development projects across global markets, working closely with local technical teams in various regions.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver flavour development projects.
* Conduct analytical work using chromatographic techniques and mass spectrometry to develop, characterise, and validate flavours for food applications.

Requirements:
* Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years' experience in flavour development or chromatographic analysis
* Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx.
40 days per year)
* Strong IT skills
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to take initiative
