This role will focus on both supporting existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the HW portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that the HW business continues to deliver exceptional value and service while advancing strategic growth objectives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliContribute and support business development activities in the region to deliver revenue and gross margin /liliAlignment, coordination, and support activities with the broader ADM HW sales organization in EMEA.



/liliWork together with the customer to provide a superior and customized service /liliAlign with logistics and CS in order to track and coordinate efficiently orders and requests /liliProvide efficiently technical, quality and regulatory documentation support to customers in coordination with ADM’s transversal teams in EMEA. /liliSupport go-to-market activities in the region and coordinate the approach and messaging with ADM’s HW team /liliCoordination of leads coming internally through websites. CRM management /liliSupport and attend fairs and trade shows /li /ulh3Qualification, Experience and Technical Capability: /h3ulliPrefer candidates who have a BS in biochemistry/microbiology//food science or similar degree in human life sciences. /liliMust have a minimum of 2 years successful experience in business development/sales/sales support or product management preferably in the functional ingredients space /liliPrevious experience related to Biotics valuable /liliCRM Salesforce friendly preferred /liliDemonstrated ability to collaborate across matrix organization and team player /liliFluent in English and preferable Spanish /li /ulh3Key Outcomes – First 90-180 Days /h3ulliFast Salesforce adaptation and Q-Pulse learning. KPI number of requests placed and technical documents shared. /liliLead management and generation. KPI 50 leads in first 180 days. /liliLead conversion into opportunities.
