The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service. /p pResponsibilities: /p ul liManage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant projects. /li liCan analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. /li liVerify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized. /li liEnsure application of best practice on all projects.



/li liProduction of formal project status reports and other reports as required. /li liMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied correctly. /li liManage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. /li liManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications. /li liForecast and update key project milestones and budget. /li liManage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria. /li liProvide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders. /li liProvide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required. /li liIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers. /li libClient management – /b assistin developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities. /li liStrategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives.
