Our mission is to lead the way toward a sustainable motorcycle industry, reducing plastic and CO₂ pollution by building sustainable products that are superior in performance, emotion and design. /p h3The Role /h3 pOwn the operational execution of the sales‑order lifecycle across all company systems, ensuring every order is correctly entered, modified, fulfilled and closed. Maintain end‑to‑end visibility of the general order portfolio, proactively identify risks, remove blockers and coordinate cross‑functional actions to ensure customer commitments are met, and serve as the single fast response point for order‑status questions from sales, dealers and customers. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Order processing fulfillment /h3 ul liProcess and validate incoming sales orders (B2C and dealer) in Business Central / e‑commerce. /li liTrack orders through to fulfilment; proactively flag stuck or blocked orders and chase them to resolution. /li liMonitor order aging, fulfilment performance and operational SLAs, proactively identifying delays before they impact customers. /li liCoordinate with internal stakeholders on order processing, shipment, and fulfilment. /li liExecute order modifications, line changes and cancellations following defined rules. /li liAssign VINs in line with sales requests while ensuring compliance with internal processes. /li liProvide operational support to the Service team for VIN reassignments. /li liMaintain accurate order status and data consistency across all systems. /li liMaintain complete operational visibility of all customer orders and understand the reason behind every status. /li liOwn order modifications within defined authority,



ensuring changes are compliant with business rules and considering impact on other stakeholders. /li liEnsure orders progress through correct statuses in line with SLAs and business requirements. /li liMaintain accuracy of key order data such as pricing, shipping, payment, allocation and other operational attributes. /li liProactively identify and resolve order discrepancies between systems. /li /ul h3Support Queue Management /h3 ul liOwn the order management queue: triage incoming requests, resolve what is in scope, route the rest to the right owner. /li liHandle order‑related Zendesk tickets and keep the case record clean. /li liServe as the single fast response point for order‑status questions from sales reps, dealers and customers. /li /ul h3Escalation Business Development /h3 ul liEscalate operational issues whenever agreed SLAs or customer commitments are at risk, coordinating the appropriate stakeholders until resolution. /li liIdentify recurring process inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives by working with process owners to simplify, automate, and strengthen the order management workflow. /li /ul h3What you will bring to Stark /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liStrong systems aptitude with Business Central, ERP, and order management systems. /li liHigh attention to detail and data accuracy. /li liStrong prioritization skills, managing multiple orders and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li liExcellent organizational and coordination skills. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, collaborating effectively across teams and partners.
