In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of the Material Sustainability pillar, aligning methodologies for environmental impact assessments, defining processes, implementing initiatives, and monitoring progress across the business unit. This is your opportunity to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, supporting the organization’s sustainability goals and making a meaningful impact in the energy industry. /p h3How You Will Make An Impact /h3 ul liDrive the BU supply chain sustainability strategy, focusing on material sustainability and business alignment. /li liMonitor sustainability trends, regulations, and customer requirements, integrating them into plans and processes. /li liStandardize material sustainability processes and ensure effective implementation across the supply chain. /li liLead sustainability improvement initiatives, including decarbonization and supplier engagement. /li liTrack sustainability performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights. /li liDevelop and maintain material sustainability data, enabling consistent LCA, EPD, and PCF assessments. /li liPartner with suppliers and stakeholders to advance emission reduction and sustainable practices. /li liDeliver training and promote best practices across the SCM community. /li liAlign and apply methodologies for assessing material environmental impacts in line with evolving standards. /li liSupport supplier requirements, material selection, environmental claims, and customer sustainability requests. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liDegree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
/li liMinimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management with focus on sustainability, with proven leadership in strategy and roadmap creation, preferably within integral or large-scale organizations. /li liStrong expertise in materials sustainability standards such as ISO 14040/14044, ISO 14067, the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, and related frameworks. /li liExtensive experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), and implementing global sustainability programs related to materials and suppliers. /li liStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives in complex, international environments. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire change at all organization levels. /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
