Manage customer-active projects, develop and implement technical solutions, and support troubleshooting activities when required. /p pCoordinate a network of scientists across affiliates and contribute to the definition and execution of the category technical strategy. /p pDevelop and optimize personal care formulations to strengthen the internal portfolio, providing technical expertise and conducting testing to evaluate and resolve fragrance-base compatibility issues. /p h3Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day /h3 ul liCoordinate and animate a group of peers locally and in affiliates for personal care matters. /li liIn charge of the Personal Care innovation pipeline. /li liDevelop personal care formulations, both standard and innovative. /li liProvide technical support to internal and external customers on how fragrances perform in different formulations and advise on possible product and perfume interactions or reactions to be taken into account. /li liImplement fragrance technologies or innovative solutions to final products. /li liRepresent the company in technical meetings with customers. /li liSearch and update technical and innovation trends on raw materials, market products and competitors (market surveillance). /li liKeep accurate and complete records of lab activities and test results.
