ph3POSITION PURPOSE /h3pTo ensure that Reception shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting Receptionists and Concierges, maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times. /ph3Essential Functions /h3ulliManages day to day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis. /liliHandles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others. /liliPrepare documentation for daily business. /liliEnsure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests. /liliRecord and administer arrivals and departures. /liliAssist in training new staff members, coach them and monitor their performance. /liliEnsure full liaison with other members of the team /liliEnsure the desk is covered at all times, allocating meal breaks sensibly. /liliFull awareness of current daily status of Hotel. /liliBe aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals. /liliEnsure smooth hand over to next shift. /liliHandling communication and recording of complaints. /liliTo carry out any other duties as required /liliStrong communication with other departments,
