This position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly through PowerPoint, as well as a proactive, solution-oriented approach to managing various data governance initiatives. /ppThe candidate must be able to interact effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that data governance practices are not only followed, but continuously improved. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliAccompany in supporting the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of data governance policies and procedures. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective data management practices, addressing data complexity and change management challenges. /liliCreate detailed reports and presentations (primarily PowerPoint) to communicate data governance strategies, progress and key initiatives to stakeholders, including senior management. /liliDevelop and facilitate training sessions, workshops and on-boarding for new team members on data governance best practices. /liliWork closely with data stewards,



business units and other stakeholders to identify, prioritise and resolve data quality issues. /liliMaintain and continuously improve documentation related to data governance standards, procedures and tools, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and data challenges. /liliOrganise data governance meetings, discussions and workshops to foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and decision making. /liliCollaborate on change management initiatives within data governance to improve processes and ensure effective adoption of new policies. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum of 3 years of professional experience having been part of a Data Governance and Data Quality team, with verifiable experience in supporting Data Governance and Data Quality tasks. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, with a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to present complex data concepts clearly to a variety of audiences. /liliProficient in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a integral environment. /liliDemonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, and effectively manage relationships. /liliStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude towards managing tasks and overcoming challenges. /liliAbility to lead initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. /liliPrevious experience in data management, business analytics or a related field is required, with experience in policy creation and change management essential. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
