ph3The Opportunity /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior Project Lead Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering activities across medium to high-complexity Grid Automation projects. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective execution of engineering deliverables while meeting contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. /p pThis position requires approximately 25% travel. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liServe as the technical lead and design authority for engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines. /li liDevelop base designs for substation automation, control, and protection systems. /li liVerify the implementation of base designs during detailed engineering phases. /li liCoordinate all technical activities throughout the entire project lifecycle. /li liReview and approve technical documentation in accordance with contractual requirements. /li liCollaborate closely with customers to define, shape, and deliver effective technical solutions. /li liIdentify, assess, and manage technical and cross-functional project risks. /li liSupport project management with engineering budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost-to-complete assessments.



/li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in substation automation, protection, and control systems. /li liNative-level Spanish proficiency is required.
