Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve
processes for better customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate
records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Continuously
learn about products, services, and systems to enhance your
expertise and assist customers effectively. Who you are Fluent in
Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in
customer service, live support, or client-facing roles is
preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage
customers in a friendly and professional manner. Quick thinker,
detail-oriented,



and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment. Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools,
software platforms, and live communication systems. Positive,
proactive, and motivated to grow within a multicultural,
