Your mission is to build the High-Performance Machine that executes those rules (The How). /p pAs our Finance Process Excellence Manager, you are responsible for designing, standardizing, and optimizing core finance processes across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Master Data Management. You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational efficiency, and lay the foundation for automation and digital transformation initiatives. /p h3THE JOURNEY /h3 ul liEstablish process standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across the finance organization. /li liIdentify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies; develop targeted improvement roadmaps aligned with Finance Transformation strategy. /li liBuild a high-performing team culture focused on ownership, innovation, and operational excellence (currently 5-7 direct reports). /li liOversee master data management strategy (customer, vendor, chart of accounts, etc.). /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives; measure and report on process KPIs (touchless ratio, cost, quality, headcount impact). /li liPrepare processes for future automation by identifying RPA and AI opportunities and building process documentation that enables automation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE /b /p ul li5-7 years of experience in finance process management, operational improvement, or business transformation (Big 4, consulting, corporate finance,



or similar). /li liProven team leadership: Direct management experience with 3+ team members; track record of developing talent. /li liDeep process expertise: Hands‑on experience redesigning/optimizing P2P, R2R, O2C, or similar finance processes. /li liSystems technology fluency: Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft), process intelligence (Celonis), process automation tools, and data governance. /li liStrategic analytical mindset: Ability to think systemically about process design while executing tactically; comfortable with ambiguity and change. /li liExperience with lean/six sigma methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks. /li /ul pIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
