This position will be available in bAsturias, Spain /b. /p h3The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: /h3 ul liManage and maintain regulatory compliance data, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools supporting EMEA regulatory programs, including EU REACH. /li liSupport data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting activities to ensure accurate and reliable regulatory information. /li liDrive process improvements through automation, digitalization, AI-enabled solutions, and development of reporting and workflow tools. /li liSupport compliance programs related to Raw Materials, Drinking Water, and Food Contact Materials, including regulatory documentation and customer inquiries. /li liCoordinate Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, budget tracking, and financial reporting activities for the EMEA Product Sustainability organization. /li liDevelop and maintain monthly financial outlooks, forecasts, and management reports for EMEA REACH, Regulatory Advocacy, and other Product Sustainability programs. /li liPartner with Regulatory Compliance, Advocacy, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives. /li liParticipate in projects to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, business processes, and overall organizational efficiency. /li /ul h3Key Success Measures /h3 ul liAccurate and timely management of regulatory and financial data. /li liSuccessful delivery of monthly financial outlooks.



/li liIncreased efficiency through automation and process improvements. /li liHigh-quality support for data related to regulatory programs. /li liEffective tracking and management of POs, invoices, and budgets. /li liStrong collaboration across Product Sustainability, Finance, and Procurement teams. /li liReliable reporting that enables informed business and compliance decisions. /li /ul h3The Following Is Required For This Role /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Law with Regulatory knowledge or a related discipline. /li li2+ years of experience in regulatory operations, data analytics, business process support, finance operations, or a related field. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExperience managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy. /li liExperience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and other data management tools. /li liAbility to develop reports, dashboards, and process automation solutions. /li liStrong organizational and project coordination skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. /li liAbility to independently prioritize multiple activities and meet deadlines. /li liStrong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset. /li liFluency in English. /li liEligible to work in Europe. /li /ul h3The Following Is Preferred For This Role /h3 ul liExperience supporting chemical regulatory compliance programs (EU REACH, Food Contact, Drinking Water, Packaging and Packaging Waste, etc.). /li liKnowledge of SAP, or other procurement and financial management systems. /li liExperience with Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps, or AI-enabled productivity tools. /li liExperience preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. /li liExperience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms. /liliKnowledge of project management methodologies and process improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). /li liInterest in expanding responsibilities in regulatory compliance, digitalization, and business operations.
