ph3About this Role /h3 pAccountable for owning the implementation of the cloud platform strategy in support of both transformational and operational capabilities to meet business needs. Works closely with support teams and architecture to effectively execute impact assessments for any changes and serve as an escalation point of contact for any significant incidents or root cause analysis investigations. Works closely with project leads, CoE, release management to resolve any issues and proactively looks to identify and mitigate risks. The Analytics Platofrm Lead will be responsible for providing leadership needed to ensure seamless operations and support from TSSC and 3rd party suppliers to Local Markets and Business Stakeholders. They will own roadmap planning for all major capabilities of cloud analytics platform that will serve BI capabilities across Vodafone – accountable for managing relationship across all internal and external parties and representing to senior levels in the business functions and local markets. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 pKey accountabilities and decision ownership: /p ul liHigh level and low level design of the GCP platform services to meet roadmap of project needs and operational improvements /li liEnsure platform is operationally robust on a day to day bases – meeting day to day operational needs and project demands /li liDrive cost efficiency through efficient architecture and configuration /li liEnsure security policies are implemented /li /ul h3Core competencies, knowledge and experience /h3 ul liProven track record in managing platforms and developing roadmaps within a complex environment /li liStrong marketing, stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills. /li liStrong stakeholder management up to CIO and CFO level for Local Markets and Shared Service Centres and (by exception) to ExCo in escalations. /li liAbility to work under high pressure.
