You will be responsible for planing and ensuring product developments go as expected. Manage, define, follow and ensure the proper finalization of projects for exisiting and new poduct developments,



ensuring successful delivery of high‑quality RFID solutions across multiple market segments including retail, healthcare, libraries, and industrial applications. /ph3Main Tasks /h3ulliLead the development of new products, from the planning to the successfull execution. /liliCollaborate closely with engineering teams to translate needs into reality. /liliPrioritize features and manage product backlogs to ensure timely delivery with high reliability. /liliConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify risks and oportunities. /liliDefine and track key performance to determine if a product works as expected and/or what needs to be improved and how. /liliCoordinate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and support. /liliManage product kick‑off to have seamless hand over to the production team. /liliPresent product developments and progress to executive leadership. /li /ulh3We Expect /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field /lili4+ years of experience in product management,
